Global IT Company urgently seeks 2 x IT Support Analysts to join their Service Desk teams in Chineham Park, in this role you will have the opportunity to develop your IT and Networking skills and progress your career. You will benefit from professional vendor training. 

On a day to day basis, you will be working on a busy IT and Networking Service Desk responding to support tickets and working directly with the customer via the telephone and email.

You will be expected to remote on to client desktop machines, networks and telephone systems via remote control desktop tools to diagnose and replicate faults and then provide the relevant support and changes to resolve the issue.

You are required to have 1st line IT or Networking skills at least 6 to 12 months experience already or recently completed an IT Apprenticeship or ICT NVQ or CompTIA qualification.

The successful candidate will join a talented team of skilled IT support professionals and will be paired up with a buddy to help you on your way in your day to day role. You will also receive ongoing support and guidance from your line manager and have a structured learning path to enable you to progress and perform at the highest levels.
