Job Description

Telecommunications SME selling into over 40 Countries. Urgently seek a Product Marketing Manager to join their team and lead the implementation of the product marketing strategy for its flagship Cloud Communications As a Service product.

Reporting to the CEO and working very closely with the Product Managers , although not technical , it is a very technical bas company and you will need a technical appreciation and demonstrable experience in Cloud Communications and Cloud technologies to be able to understand and communicate credibly with technical audiences and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for further developing the product strategy to ensure that the Communications as a Services both technically and commercially meets the requirements and expectations of a defined target market. You will work very closely with the engineering lead to ensure a full understanding of both technical and commercial requirements and translate them into product/engineering specifications and marketing campaigns/sales support activity.

You will  have demonstrable Product Marketing experience within Cloud communications i.e. SMS, Telephony, Contact Centre, Voice recognition, iM technologies you must have experience in research and analysis, strategy development, and liaising with and reporting to a diverse set of stakeholders. Including experience developing positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and enabling the Sales and Marketing teams to align and work efficiently to generate and close opportunities.
