Job Description

IT Help Desk, Service Desk, IT Support, 1st Line Technical Support - Would suit IT Apprentice or somebody with excellent Customer Service / Customer Support ( phone based ) who wants a career in IT starting on a Help Desk where they can learn IT support.

1st Line Help Desk Analyst urgently required to join large IT company in Chineham ,Basingstoke. You will be responsible for solving general st line IT support issues over the phone remotely providing support and technical assistance on various products. You will need to perform against service level agreements and have an excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideal experience:

    • Basic IT Support,
    • Desire to learn, Good attitude
    • Telephone Communication skills
    • Able to work on a shift rota pattern

You will need to have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will be dealing with help desk calls and emails. You must be a quick learner ( training Provided ) and want to develop your career as this entry position will lead you to promotion to 2nd and 3rd line positions and beyond.
