Business Analyst (Agile, SDLC, Internal Systems, greenfield projects)

One of UK’s most recognisable web brands are recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing Agile Software Development teams! The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Analyst Leads to create a new team that will drive large greenfield projects which will involve introducing new software/applications to an existing ecosystem. Part of your job will be to find the best solution!

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience working on big, complex digital (internal systems) projects and who is comfortable working at a technical level with little input from Subject Matter Experts. Experience of working for dynamic SME’s, on internal systems (applications, tools, 3rd party software, CRM) projects, using Agile Software Development methodologies is highly advantageous!


  • Lead level, comfortable working on technical digital projects without much input from subject matter experts
  • Internal Systems, “back office” business systems/process, CRM, bespoke systems, 3rd party applications (Finance, Sales, ITSM)
  • Analysing technical specifications, defining requirements and supporting software development
  • Delivering through the full AGILE Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • A solution driven BA with a focus on continuous business/process improvement
  • A true problem-solver with Big Picture thinking
