3.2 You acknowledge that the Internet or Imperative People systems, services and equipment may from time to time be inoperative in full or in part as a consequence of but not limited to, mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, any communication connectivity problems or other facts beyond the control of Imperative People and you acknowledge that Imperative People will not be held liable for any failure or inability to provide continuous, error free, uninterrupted services under these or any other circumstances.

6.1 Imperative People may adapt, modify and reword in such way and to such extent as Imperative People considers appropriate the information contained in your CV in order to produce a CV in the style and format Imperative People sends to recruitment agencies and employers.

6.2 Imperative People shall have no liability to you as a consequence of or arising out of any adaptation, modification or rewording referred to in Clause 4.1 above.

7. CHANGES

7.1 Imperative People may make changes in or withdraw any of the services described in this website and at any time without notice.

7.2 The services (including the CV Distribution Service) which Imperative People offers to candidates are entirely gratuitous and Imperative People shall not be obliged to maintain or continue any services offered to candidates on this Website. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing Imperative People reserves the right to suspend or cancel the provision of any service to any particular candidate for any reason whatsoever.

7.3 Imperative People reserves the right to change these terms and conditions of use by changing them on this website.

8 INFORMATION AND EMAILS YOU SEND US OR SUBMIT
