Customer Technical Support 1st line Support (Windows OS, Troubleshooting, Software Support)

£16-18K + Training + Career Development

Have you completed your IT apprenticeship and looking for your next role in a new company where you can progress with new technologies and higher salary?

If so this is ideal if you have Junior IT Technical Support experience, and/or you've recently finished your IT Apprenticeship or have 1 to 2 years' experience in an IT support role. Product training and support will be given to ensure you have every opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.

This is a 1st line Software Support role involving answering customer calls, responding to emails and ensuring that all case data is logged accurately into the CRM System. After gaining sufficient experience, you will become more involved in several technical projects including customer-site implementation, software testing, and product development.

We are looking for a 1st Line IT Support Analyst with the following skills:

  • Windows Client Operating Systems
  • 4 Grade A* - C GCSE's one of which must be English
  • IT Troubleshooting
  • Self-motivated
  • Team Player
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
