Service Desk Analyst - Telephony Systems Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC)

Horsham - £22k

Would you be interested in joining a growing, award winning team? My client want to expand their team in 2018 and want to start off by adding to the Managed Services team. They are in the network and telecoms sector and are continuing to grow their team.

An interest in telephony / telephony systems or a desire to learn these skills is essential as the rest of it can be taught once in the role. Previous experience completing user moves, adds and changes on telephony systems such as Mitel/Cisco/Avaya/Skype for Business and/or troubleshooting telephony systems is highly advantageous. This is a great opportunity to progress within a fast growing company.
