Sales Admin Support Manger – Guildford Surrey

Award-winning telecommunications re-seller and integrator are looking for a Senior Sales Administrator / Sales Admin Support Manager to manage back-office sales admin for the Account Managers and Client Directors.

You will be supporting a busy sales department responsible for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness of existing admin process of the department. With one direct report you will have to be hands on too, performing multiple sales admin duties, coordinating, scheduling, arranging from helping with tenders, speaking with suppliers with questions, calling clients to organise diaries, producing reports, processing sales orders and sending quotes and so on! So you need an eye for detail and produce high quality work at all times.

Sound good! Yes this a busy role, and very important for the smooth running and productivity and of the sales team and company success. So you need to be an organised, driven person who has a track record in sales administration support have the ability to lead, inspire and influence others, be highly analytical, have an expert understanding of the sales cycles, be proactive, have an eye for detail and experience with processes, systems and data.

Interested then you do you have the  skills & experience:

  • Strong background in Sales Admin and Customer Service delivery
  • Experience people management / coaching / conducting 1-2-1’s / upskilling teams / Motivating
  • Previous leadership experience in a sales office admin environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to manipulate data
  • Good understanding of financial metrics (revenue, sales etc.)
  • Expert understanding of the sales cycles and CRM systems
  • Passionate about optimising processes and procedures and implanting new processes
