Lead Java Software Engineer / Lead Developer / Senior Developer JAVA Developer - London

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience

  • A solid background in Software Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of Agile / SCRUM development practices
  • BDD (Behavioural Driven Development) and TDD (Test Driven Development)
  • Development, design, solution architecture and technical experience across Java, Spring, Hibernate History of providing Software Engineering oversight, technical leadership and setting the strategic direction across multiple teams
  • Understanding of the entire application stack, deep and broad knowledge of Java
  • Significant exposure to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, Tomcat8, IntelliJ, REST/SOAP web service, JIRA, Spring, Oracle 11G, Gerrit, Jenkins, XML, Hibernate.
  • Experience across the entire software development lifecycle
  • Passion for coaching other software engineers and building strong team cultures
  • Extensive experience interacting with stakeholders
  • Enjoys enabling others to achieve their potential
