You are a highly experienced Level 3 Wireless Engineer / Support Engineer able to competently undertake operational duties on complex Enterprise WLAN as part of a highly technical team.
The primary function of the role is to provide 3rd Line Wireless LAN technical support and monitoring / fix to incidents, changes, service requests, and small scale projects. And to carry out proactive maintenance to maximize availability including patching, config backup and capacity management.
You must have extensive Wireless technical support experience with a proven ability to perform technical diagnostics and administration across ARUBA Products including Aruba ClearPass and Airwave.
Technical Profile and Skills should demonstrate hands on implementation and troubleshooting of complex multi-vendor networking solutions including CISCO, and experience of WIFI solutions such as Aruba Clearpass and Airwave. Cisco WLC, Meraki, ISE and Prime, Ubiquiti WIFI solutions, Nexus an advantage as is Load balancing technologies such as F5, ACE .
CCNP/ Aruba ACCP would be advantageous
You will be required to be part of the technical team responsible for delivering vendor independent Network Solutions at Cisco Gold Partner Standard!
