Service Desk Analyst – Horsham - £18-22K
We have a fantastic 1st Line Service Desk Analyst/Telecoms opportunity for an experienced IT Apprentice / Junior IT Support Analyst to join a successful IT Services Company! This opportunity is ideal for an IT Apprentice / Junior IT Support / IT Administrator with good IT Support experience and excellent customer services skills! Ideally, you will also have an interest in telephony systems or a desire to learn these skills.
What we are looking for:
- 12 months Service Desk / IT Support / IT Administration / Telephony Support experience (1st Line level)
- Logging tickets, Office 365, Windows platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy, User Administration, Citrix, Windows Servers, SCCM, Remote support VMWare, Exchange
- An interest in telephony systems
- A passion for IT and desire to learn new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
